Don't want husband around during labor..

My husband has been a sneaky, disrespectful asshole lately and we are scheduled for an induction next Wednesday. I DO NOT want him there, but I am trying to be considerate of the fact that it's his child and also his first daughter. This whole pregnancy he has been HORRIBLE! Am I wrong or selfish for not wanting him around? He just doesn't make me happy, and I need good vibes while I'm in labor.
