Stretch and Sweep, bleeding or bloody show?

Hi,

A midwife attempted a stretch and sweep on me last night but was unable to do it as my cervix wasn't reachable or favourable.

This is my second stretch and sweep in 4 days but both weren't achievable.

First time I was told I could get a little bleeding but I had nothing except discharge.

This time she never mentioned bleeding as she wasn't able to perform it.

I was having bad period pains and backache (still having them) and I've had bleeding.

Question is, could it be a bloody show or just after effect or an attempted S&S; even tho she couldn't do it.
