Spotting while pregnant

Anyone experience spotting while pregnant in second trimester with good outcome? This is my third pregnancy. I lost my second at 27 weeks in December, so you may understand why I'm scared. I don't want to lose another. Anyway, I started bleeding after intercourse a couple nights ago and then immediately turned to spotting. I was freaking out. I've never bled or spotted while pregnant except after a Pap smear with my last pregnancy. Anyway the spotting stopped after a couple days. Tmi I went #2 this morning and started spotting again. I'm just hoping everything is ok!!
