I'm 26 I don't know why do I get frustrated on small things. I'm in good job still my life has emptiness. Why??

Sounds to me like you need to sit down and really evaluate what it is you want in life.  Your job is good, but do you really love it?  You miss your guy, i get that, but you should be able to happily function without him for awhile.  Ask yourself where you want to be in 5 years? 20?  Then work toward that ideal.

Maybe you have depression. I do and am taking medication for it. Your hormones may be imbalanced. Speak to a doc

I'm also 26 and went through the same thing. That's when I noticed its cuz I want to have a family. Iv always loved kids and being the oldest women in my family with no kids it's time. I'm just glad my bf is also ready. Not going to lie he wasn't ready when I first brought it up to him but I was in a realationship for 8 years with someone I was waiting for to be ready for kids and never was. He ended up cheating so we broke up.. But my bf now has even been reading about baby stuff online so he knows what's going on. Could you want to start a family? Or do you already have a child?

I went through this phase as well, I even spoke to a therapist over it. She said when we are in phases in our lives when we are wanting something more, you can get that way. Evaluate your life and see if anything is missing. When you figure it out, just work towards fixing it and making changes or accomplishing that goal. Remind yourself that it's just a less than perfect phase in your life, we all have those.
