AF late but.......

So my AF is about 1 week late but I've taken 2 pregnancy tests and both negative. I have none of my usual signs that AF is coming but I do feel like I might have some early pregnancy symptoms?? I'm tired ALL the time, I just feel worn down and exhausted, my boobs are swollen but don't ache like they normally do before AF, I feel a slight dizziness/nauseous from time to time and I'm having more than normal CM and the consistency seems to differ day to day, yesterday is was more creamy, today it is more watery. And I feel like I have to pee every 20 minutes. Any ideas??
