I've been really embarrassed of my skin like on the very top of my thighs that's right next to my vagina and going on to the skin there too as there is always red and faded purple lumps/spots that never seem to go and I'm really embarrassed about it! It's been like this a couple years, is there any advice for this please?? Also my underarms seem to have started to get red spots too more recently :(
