Implantation cramping?

To my ladies who had implantation bleeding/ cramping. If you remember it what was it like? Tuesday night I had a weird bubbly pain in the center of my pelvis area accompanied by what I think was indigestion that lasted about 5 minutes. A couple hours later I used the restroom and saw this and then a couple hours after that I had some terrible sharp pains where my hip bone is. My period is due in 4 days and I'm hoping she doesn't show. Did anyone else experience anything like this and go on to get a bfp? Ps if you squint you can see it's like 3-4 super light pink spots!
