I just ate pizza and It feels like i have a rock in my esophagus that's just stuck there and it will go down and come back up and god it hurts so fucking bad and i don't even know what this shit is but it feels like my chest is gonna explode

ugh I had heart burn like that to the point where I thought I was having a heart attack. It was awful! start taking some meds for it and you should be okay in a couple if hours

Yep. Pizza does it to me every. time. I take Prilosec daily and I don't have heartburn anymore.

Ugh yea that's heartburn and it SUCKS! Eat like 4 tums extra strength that's the ONLY thing that helps me... but they're a lot of OTC medications that will make heartburn and indigestion go away fast! Zantac, Prilosec the list goes on...
