Itchy bloated feet

Please help! Im starting to get paranoid! I'm 34+2 and my feet have been itching like crazy for the past 2 weeks. At first I thought I was allergic to my new shoes... then I thought I had athletes foot... and now I'm on an Dyshidrotic eczema theory since itching resulted in bumps. I feel like it has spread. I have bought foot spray, anti itch cream, athletes foot cream, hydrogen peroxide, and aloe. To various degrees each of these worked. Today, my feet are still itchy, but I noticed they are swollen so badly that my shoes don't want to fit. I have no idea how many days they have been swollen because I've worn different shoes each day. I'm really worried about the possibility of it being serious because I can't get it to go away... but my dr today took one look at swollen feet and said it was pregnancy + sweat. I told her about the itchiness, but not the bumps that look like bug bites. Are other pregnant ladies having this issue or have a theory or thoughts on what it is and how to cure it?
