Infected Belly Button and Piercing

So I've had my belly button pierced for at least 2 months and like 2 days ago my belly button (not the piercing) started excreating a clearish liquid. At first I thought it was lymph fluid from my piercing because it just got over a minor infection. Now I'm fairly certain my belly button is infected as now the symptoms are much worse with the constant weeping and redness and pain and itching. I'm worried and afraid I need to see a doctor. My parents don't know about the piercing (I'm 18) and I would have to go to my family doctor. I'm trying to treat it at home but it just seems to be getting worse and worse
