Little zaps in stomach during Clary Sage bath

I haven't had a period since March and had light spotting in July. Have taken tests but they've all be negative even the one I took today. Figured I would use the oil for my irregular period and I'm laying here and started getting little zap pains in upper part of stomach, not sure why. Could I be pregnant and not know or is it the oil working?
