How do u deal with frustration?

Been trying since December and still nothing. I'm still learning about my cycle as well since I've been on bc for  over a decade. Today is my peak day and my husband decides to go out with his friends and I work all day. I even went home at lunch to see if we can get busy but that didn't work. I know it'll happen in Gods time. I guess maybe just venting. I'm not really comfortable talking about it with friends and thought that this is a safe place. I took a walk and got a little fresh air and cleared my head... I know it'll happen someday.
