Pregnant or not?

Please help! My boyfriend and I had sex for the first time two days ago. The next day I woke up with cramping but they left. I thought nothing of it and just thought it was period pains. We had it again yesterday and now I'm starting to feel sick. I'm only 15 and my parents wouldn't allow me to see him anymore if they found out. I tend to worry about things more than I should but here are my symptoms of feelin sick. Needing to do number 2's all the time, occasional crampings and fluttering belly. If I am pregnant what can I do without telling my parents??? Please help I'm really stressing out 😔
