Positive after Infertility

I was in a relationship for 14 years, in which 3.5 married. We tried for about 18 months total, and about 12 months in, found out I have a low AMH score, close to menopausal. I was 36 than. We started fertility treatments, and the morning he was supposed to contribute, he looked at me, and said I cannot do this. I cannot have a child. I said goodbye that morning. I firmly believe it wasn't right with my ex. God wanted me out of that marriage.

Fast forward a year... I met my love. We're in our late 30s, financially sound, love each other, and agreed if it happens it happens, but probably will not naturally with my infertility. Well we were wrong, I'm 3 days late, and a positive reading on a clear blue digital. Exciting, but so hard to believe it happened naturally. I'll retest Sunday.
