Friend/confused

Hi guys. I'm 20 and there is this guy I'm interested in and I really like him. Well he's seperated from his wife but he says he's still in love with her. There no chance of them getting back together but he thinks so because they have a son together. He's always flirting at work and told me I make him happier then he's been in a while he said he just loves being around me. He doesn't know I like him. Help. I feel like it's love at first sight and I've never believed inthat  until now):
