I have 3 girls and all of our hair is natural. My 10 year old asked me to lock her hair. I asked her why her response "Because it is beautiful." So I explained the locking process and maintenance process and so on. It matches her personality, face, and hair texture. So my 4 year old asks the same question. I asked the same question and explained the same things to her. It suits her as well. Now everyone tells me, Mom, that I am wrong. How is it hard to understand that locking their hair does not destroy them in any way. It actually built their confidence. No one asked me why I did it they just said it was wrong. I think this is crazy what do you think?
