Father in law practically wrecked my husbands car and I was with him in the car and now I'm worried about me and my husband's baby

My father in law went to udf and asked me to go with him cause there's no power steering and he's on dialysis and heart trouble and diabetes and he can't be alone and he went to pull into udf and he smack the whole side of the curb very hard to were he had to just drive over the curb and it smacked hard as hell and now I'm worried from the shake I'll miscarry I was so worried I even got home and went straight to go pee to make sure I'm not bleeding I will be so very upset if I lose this baby so very much me and my husband have wanted this so much I'm not bleeding but I am cramping and me and my husband miscarried last June and I was 3 weeks now I'm so far from my last period I am 5 weeks and 2 days and just super worried ladies any comments would be great thanks ladies I appreciate it
