Period while pregnant???

Did this happen to anyone ?? I've read this can happen and wanted to know if your symptoms were the same or different as to your regular cycle .. I feel like this isn't normal lol .. Just curious.. :)

I haven't ever spotted, but my early pregnancy symptoms are nearly identical to AF symptoms.

I thought I had a period when I was supposed to and come to find out, I was 4 weeks. My periods are usually short and light. I had another week of period like (in my case) bleeding also at 6 wk's but everything was looking well on us and hcgs were great. 2 wks later at a fu us the baby still measured at the previous us length and no hb. It's 3 days later and I just had a d&e. Will start ttc after a cycle as dr recommended.

For the past 4 weeks I was told bleeding was very normal in early pg but it's also not normal. Everyone is different and you know your body best. Just keep in touch with your ob and be monitored.

Some bleeding while pregnant is quite common - it isn't a 'period' but can be mistaken for one. Women with a condition called uterus didelphys can continue to have proper periods when pregnant but it's pretty rare - essentially they have 2 uterus and are pregnant in one and the other has a period as normal.
