spotting found
i am 14 weeks and 5 days pregnant.I found spotting when i went to pee.i saw blood spots ,got scared and called up to hospital,spoke with gynaecologist .she said its normal.only if the bleeding is heavy and continuous i have to worry..but still i rushed to hospital.she scanned and showed me heartbeat and said i dont find anything abnormal..butreally want to know why spotting is occurring. if anyone went through this, pls explain me
