HELP!?!? (Boy trouble)

So I used to date this kid and we were so so close we had a really good relationship going and everything, when we broke up after a month which isn't long at all I was heart broken and so confused. After like a week we started to text again he continued to call me princess and baby and say I love u and all that cute stuff, we have been talking like that for about 4 months, I really just wanted to pass by all of the talking and make it official again I was waiting forever for him to ask me out, he would also always accuse me of talking to other guys and sending guys nudes and all that, my friends finally made me ask him out, he was the first person I have ever asked out cuz I personally think that it's better when guys ask girls out, anyways he never gave me my answer and told me he was still thinking, two days later I found out that he has been talking to this girl that I don't even like, the next day they started dating and they still are I feel like I've wasted so much time on him, and now he's trying to tell me that he still loves me and misses me but refuses to break up with his girlfriend. Should I continue to talk to him or completely cut him off???
