Baby Name

So my MIL and I do not get along. She said some really hurtful relationship ruining things about a year ago and even after I tried to open up a discussion about it she blew me off. Not until she found out we are having a girl (her only granddaughter) did she start "playing" nice. She still hasn't apologized or mentioned what happened and I'm still extremely upset.

We had chosen the name Hannah at around 10 weeks. We LOVE the name and it just felt right. My husband said the other day he could just tell his mom we named her after her because his mom's name is Anne. He said H-Anne-ah. In the moment I got super upset and said I couldn't name her Hannah now because I don't want his mom to think for a second we named her after her because we didn't. Is it silly to change it now? Or did I just dodge a bullet before she is born?
