Last Af in May! Blood but still no period?

So I haven't had a period since may.. All pregnancy test were Negative not the faintest line plus a negative blood test in early June. My doc proscribed me provera Monday, but Monday and Tuesday I was cramping so I never took the pills because I thought my period was coming but nothing lol till last night we had sex (11pm) and after he realized I was bleeding real dark too an a tad heavy! he's like 🙁 but I'm like "😄😄😄🤗🤗😄 Sorry but finally my periods here I'm not broken anymore" got in the shower & went to sleep!!!! Woke up this morning NO BLOOD AT ALL NOT A DROP!! 😲😡😡 wtf I totally don't get this !!
