Tips on Big dogs?

I have a 1 year old German Shepherd and got another one year old Shepherd today. Their both males. And we got them were they are calm around each other already. But my German Shepherd is being all nosey towards the new one. Which is normal I know, but I need some more tips on what to do and expect. I've never had a big dog so I really don't want them to fight. Even though I'm sure it's going to happen. But I'm trying to avoid that situation. Any tips????

I have two German Shepherds and they are definitely going to fight lol.  BUT there's a distinct difference between aggressive fighting and play fighting. play fighting between German Shepherds looks absolutely terrifying. their teeth will be showing, they'll growl and bark. but it's the noise that lets you know everything is fine. when dogs attack each other, it is usually a silent and vicious process. playing is completely normal and healthy though you may want to limit it to outside since, as I mentioned, they can get extremely rambunctious. usually, one dog will be dominant. this isn't necessarily the older or even the larger dog. the best situation is when you have one dominant and one submissive animal because there's no competition. 
establish yourself as the pack leader  and you will have a much easier time. this breed is insanely smart. make sure you give them work to do. Like learning new tricks. It's what they were bred to do and it keeps them from getting into things. both of mine are absolutely in  love with my son!

If tails are waggin', everything's perfecto. If they do fight, when you "yell" at them or use your mad voice make sure it's deep and loud, almost a growl and make sure that you scold both of them. Like have them sit in front of you and get on to both of them at the same time that way one doesn't feel like he "won" or got in less trouble.

I wanted to make another comment since you said you had never had big dogs. this is very important. even the sweetest animal's can become completely different when they are on a leash. never ever allow another dog or child to come up to your animal if you don't know them. people with small dogs tend to let their animals go right to the ends of their leash and they don't take much care. a big dog can hurt or kill a small dog even just in play. as a large dog owner, the safest response is always, "no, we don't let anyone pet or approach our dog but thank you." remember, all it takes is your dog jumping up on and knocking down a kid for that parent to freak out on you. small dog suddenly biting your dog and your dog reacting (this happened to me before I learned this lesson
