Mixed signals

I've been talking to an ex of mine recently after 4 years. He told me he came back because he still hasn't gotten over me and he sees me in his future now. He ghosted me before, and I was blocked by him because he said he's guilty.

He allowed me access to his social media accounts now, and he told me about the people he hangs out with/ played computer games with. (They're mostly girls but theres boys too) He tells me about them and how they met etc whenever I ask, and even allowed me to read their conversations (I didn't demand/ask to) but they're mostly just pure hi-bye kind of conversations.

We had sex several times but we're not together. I have no idea what he treats me as now, a crush/ potential partner/ FWB, because he doesn't seem to be making any moves towards a relationship. Our conversations are dull (he said he's a bad texter), but he never fails to give me a call immediately after he ends work everyday to ask me about my day and tell me about his.

I'm really confused by this because I'm not sure what he's treating me as. He tells me he loves me, we kiss and cuddle, but there's no status given to me at all..
