someone. anyone. HELP!

there has got to be something wrong with me to make my periods as bad as they are! I woke up at 7 am as I do every month throwing up with diarrhea, cramps that get worse and worse each month. no meds help, I've seen a specialist, I've been to the emergency room but there's nothing to be found and I know this isn't normal! I cannot move I'm in so much pain. I'm currently hunched over with my as on the toilet and my head between my knees! anyone have any advice?!?! anything will help.
