Flip, baby, flip!!
I'm currently 36w3d pregnant and since about 34w4d when I found out he was breech, I've been doing everything I can to help make this baby flip!! Yoga, inversions, ice pack on top and heating pad on bottom of the belly, walking, never reclining or leaning back in any chairs or sofas, going to my Webster technique chiropractor daily during the weekdays... I feel like I've done them all (except for acupuncture cuz that's expensive and not covered by our insurance unfortunately).
I tried doing somersaults, hand standing, diving, & jumping up and down in my MIL'd pool yesterday. Still nothing. And that actually made my stomach more sore than anything else I've done. But baby did move a lot all day after my hour-long pool session.
Does anyone have any other techniques not listed above that worked for them? I have my ECV later this week and am willing to try anything before that happens! This is my first baby and I REALLY don't want to have a c-section since we're hoping for 3-4 children total and 3-4 c-section would not be ideal (though I am aware VBAC's are an option for some women, hopefully me if I end up needing one).
