Best kids vacation you've been on as a family

I am looking for all tips of vacations you've been on with your kids and they've actually had fun. Doesn't matter the experience or what state it was in. Just looking for any and all ideas. I am stepmom to an almost 15 and almost 9 year old boys and just had a daughter with hubby (she's 8 months now). In the next 4 years we want to plan trips that can include our family and make the most so the older son enjoys things too before he graduates. Hubby and I will take our own grown up trips. But it's like I get stuck on how to best plan a trip all of us will have fun with. Any season, any state, any idea is welcome! Thanks! 🙂
