Frequent urination today!

Hi just wondering if someone else is experiencing this - I'm 9dpo tomorrow -yesterday and today I have been very gassy, has af like cramps and also had cramps that I cannot describe - near my uterus and pelvic area like fluttering and twinges lasting all day - my nipples are quite sensitive and my breasts feel fuller than usual -

Anyway today I have peed 12 times since waking up - I haven't drank any more than usual - and I feel like I have the urge to go like an hour or so after emptying my bladder - it's like a pressure on my uterus almost - it isn't sore at all or smelly and every time I go it's a big amount of pee not like a trickle or small amount -

And last night was the first night in years that I had to wake up in the middle of the night to get up to pee at 2:30am !

Anyone know what this could be ? Thanks
