I am 23+5 with twins. Had a cerclage placed at 22 weeks and it didn't hold like it should. It's still in place and I am dilated about 5-6. Baby A'a bag burst Friday 2pm. He's still hanging in but his little toes are already coming through my cervix. We've held for almost 3 days now. Hoping for more if possible.

Just looking for similar stories and words of encouragement.

Also advice on how to cope with bed rest basically on my head would be lovely.
