HELP a gal out.

So my son is 10 months old, my periods have always been regular then after I stopped breastfeeding when he was two months old my periods started messing up, i haven't had a period since april 28th then I started spotting this month then had some brown discharge so I took a test and it had a bright faint line on there, then the next night I started bleeding like a regular period. I've bled for 5 days like a regular period! My right boob when i squeeze my nipple it looks exactly like milk no foul smell at all just looks exactly like it did when I was breastfeeding straight milk, I've been so tired and cranky and I just wanna know what's going on with me I have an obgyn appointment tomorrow at 8 am but I need some advice has anyone ever had a period while pregnant with there 2nd baby?? Is it possible could I be pregnant or did I have an early miscarriage?
