AF showed again

On to month 7... Why??? I hate that I track everything.. Took advice from my doctor  last cycle and she said don't track and let it just happen.. Nope... Losing hope... This is just making me depressed... I hate when my husband goes well it's not me it's you.. Maybe I should make yet another visit to the doctor for a test and make him a doctors appt for some test to see what's really going on. Sorry end of rant..
