I feel so bad lol! Lactating at 33 weeks

So I'm laying in bed with my man and my dog. My dog is snuggled up to my front like she always is, and we're just watching a movie. I have no idea how, I didn't feel anything but all of a sudden my boob felt cold. I reached to feel it and my shirt was wet. Like a lot. So confused I looked down, my poor dog's side is soaked in colostrum. I feel so bad lol

This is my first baby and I keep hearing that it's weird to leak during pregnancy but I seem to be entirely over producing.
