Infected nose piercing?

Can somebody please tell me how to clean my nose piercing? I believe that it's infected. Thanks!

Don't take it out, this is normal. It doesn't look infected but without caring for it properly right now it could become infected. Honestly, this has happened to me many times when my nose piercing was healing. The best thing you can do is leave it alone, don't touch it at all except for when you're cleaning it. When you clean it you need to use an anti bacterial soap, the place I got my nose pierced gave me some. Just run some warm water over it and rub the soap around the piercing, outside and inside your nose then make sure you rinse the water out completely. Just make sure you clean it properly every day and while it's healing or if it ever feels more tender than usual, do not touch it unless youre cleaning it

DONT take it out. It doesn't look infected. It looks like a keloid which is built up scar tissue. I got the exact same thing. Use warm salt water and a qtip and make sure you clean it at least every morning and night. Try not to bump it.

Soak it in salt water for 15-20 minutes 2x a day... I don't heal well from piercings and my cartilage ones ALWAYS get keloids. My piercer said warm salt water with a drop of pure tea tree oil, soak a cotton ball in it and soak the piercing for 20 minutes, dipping it back in the warm water when it cools. I literally tape these on my nose & ears so I can do chores while soaking lol works every time.

Because there is a lot of inflammation. What I would do, is use warm salt water to clean it, but then take uncoated aspirin and dissolve it with just enough water to make a paste. Then coat that over it. It should help with the inflammation.

Leave it in. I had this, I cleaned with warm salt water, as warm as you can handle. Then after I sprayed some anti bacterial spray let that dry and made a salt paste, put that over the top and it draws all the shit out of it and goes crusty. Do that for a few days and boom! Just did it on my ear lobe and it sucked all the crap out and reduced the swelling and everything else

After mine was done I always got a bump by it kinda like a pimple and I just popped it then really cleaned it with sea salt spray. I also used neosporin around it so it doesn't hurt to turn it

Are you guys sure, cause when I got mine pierced it didn't look like that at all!?!?!? 😳
Not even after or when it was healing... but I guess everyone is different!!
