Checked for Diastasis Recti when you were newly postpartum or at all? I'm ECSTATIC!! Because I started with about a 4&1/2 finger width gap to now barely 1!! I did a program called RECORE which was great for guidance on exercises that were gentle yet effective on my damaged abdominal muscles/ligaments and that gave me a great foundation to work off of after, I did that around 4 months pp and still was 4 finger widths, now just one, three months later!! So excited to get back to normal exercises 😍 I've been gentle, letting my body heal, recore, yoga, and rest have been my agenda!! And it's worked thus far!! How are your alls post partum journeys going?
