Am I overreacting or not?

So we live in a small house and we have no garden and it's nearly impossible to get a load of washing dry in the house which leaves me relying on family members to help me dry my clothes. My sister got a new tumble dryer and she gave me her old one but it was broken. My so's brother in law is an electrician and plumber and he said he'd fix it for us as it wasn't a big job. Well two months later and it still hasn't been fixed. Our fridge is also being temperamental as it won't keep food cold and it won't keep food frozen. Me and my so clashed yet again this evening about the tumble dryer and the fridge. I told him that I'd be happier living with my parents rather than waiting months for him to help me fix the problems with the fridge and tumble dryer. Am I overreacting?
