I got jealous after a coke zero

My husband has vowed no more sodas. And he hates Coke Zero. He comes home from work and he's all excited and was like oh yeah check this out! I found a Coke Zero with my name on it I never find my name! (It's a common one). I immediately went into jealous investigatory mode like ok.... you has Coke Zero, you're a penny pincher so surely you wouldn't spend 2 dollars on a soda you HATE just bc your name is on it. So I immediately was like who gave this to you??? Not to mention a girl from his work recently gave him a stuffed animal with our newborns date of birth, weight, height, etc on it.. nice gesture and all but... someone went through a lot of effort to order that and I'm sure it wasn't cheap, and if you look at my previous posts from a couple weeks back you'll see where we had a huge argument over some young chick at his work who's overly interested in my husband. I think all of this is from her. I asked who got it and he got defensive. Maybe I'm overreacting but a woman's gut is usually right.
