Any motorcyclist wifes out here ! Update

Hi ladies,

Just wanted to hear your opinion on your hubby ridding motorcycle while pregnant or with a family..

My guy fell off his sports bike on Memorial Day, I was 5 months pregnant.. he sold his bike but of course wants a new one !

We recently bought a brand new SUV and a bike to commute to work would financially makes more sense, but now I'm pretty concerned of the risks he will take, while we are soon having our baby girl.

I know it's his passion and all his friends and brothers ride.

Another car now is almost impossible cause he wouldn't settle for something he doesn't like ( Tesla - genesis etc .., ). He is ready to not do any canyon rides anymore but just to commute..

He does sound childish or shallow for not settling for something cheaper but he works a lot and likes to enjoy his comfort so I don't mind it even though I am a very reasonable person.

-Should I let him get his bike and be okay with it ? ( I don't really wanna control him even if I tried to get him out of riding anymore )

- Should I fight him and risk our RS to have him unhappy of getting a car ., ??

I feel like it should come from him, and maybe when he'll see the baby he'll get it but he still need transportation to go to work ..

Update: im so thankful it was a small fall !

But I am upset that he bought finally his motorcycle. It's brand new, he hasn't been reasonable and it's a freaking car payment when the main reason I was okay with it was because of low payment, gas, insurance etc ! Now he could have got a 30K car instead 😑
