Hair Help!

Hi .. i really need some advice from all you lovely ladies with awesome hair!! My hair was badly damaged after... yep you guessed it .. Bleaching it! im really sad because my hair feels like a freaken MOP. and it falls out like someone put a curse on me.. is there anything i can use to help my hair out at least a little.. im really sad and upset with my self after trusting someone with my hair :( turning into it a complete failure i cried in the shower and when combing it through 😥 HELP PLEASE.
