Infected nose piercing,help?!

I have an infected nose piercing that hasn't gone away for like a week and a half. What have you done to make it go away. It isn't bleeding and it doesn't hurt it's just a really big bump basically looks like a pimple. What has worked for you? Should I just go to a piercing shop?

this happened to mine and I took it out and cleaned my nose with salt water then put it back in I'd it's still bad after then I'd go

You might be reacting to the metal? Are your ears pierced with the same thing?
Have you tried taking it out, cleaning it and putting a plastic one in?
I had to remove my belly ring and it only cleared up once I put a plastic one in, then I could put a metal one in

My cartilage piercing did this and my bump only got bigger so I finally took my earring out and started using tea tree oil on it at night before I went to bed. eventually the bump shrunk and is super tiny now, but won't completely go away. I did try putting my earring back in after I saw it was shrinking, and it got bigger again lol. So I took it out again and the bump shrunk back. But honestly, this isn't great advice I had no idea what I was doing, I've never had a nose piercing, and I'm not even sure what you have is the same thing. Thats just what worked for me and my bump lol

I've had my nose pierced twice and that happened to mine both times. I tried everything from sea salt soaks and tea tree oil to crushed up Advil paste and nothing helped. I had an ear piercing do the same after awhile and ended up removing that as well. I've just come to the conclusion my body rejects piercings...
