Helpppp

I had spotting March 7-10 pink only when I wipe myself. Had nausea, back pain, sore nipples, fatigue, headaches. My period was due March 16 but didn't show til the 24th. I had SEVRE cramps the day it came on and was heavier than usual. My period went off on the 28th. On the 29th I had what felt like a Charlie horse on the left side of my stomach. I also had that weird feeling in my stomach like when my period is coming on but didn't think anything of it. Today, March 30th when I woke up and went to the bathroom there was blood in the toilet TMI it was bright red almost pink and like a heavy period. What's going on...could I have miscarried?
