Exercising while TTC/early conception
So I am not overly active as I am a full time student and have a 9 year old (like I don't lift weights, etc), but I want to be more active while TTC and during my pregnancy so I can stay in shape and maybe possibly have a VBA2C, that would be the greatest. I've heard if you're not used to exercise and you start while you're early on in your pregnancy it can cause a m/c???
