cuts in gums, seriously painful

so I had surgery to get a screw in my jaw where they will eventually out my fake tooth. about two days after surgery I brushed my teeth and my guns started bleeding on the left side of my mouth and on my top jaw (my screw is on the bottom right). then I realized that I had cuts on both sides of my lower jaw, on the top right, both little flaps of skin that attach my lips to my gums and I got a canker air on my lower lip. What the hell is going on??? it's been 5 days since surgery and my gums still hurt and my canker sore has gone down at all. help me, I'm in so much pain
