Hello everyone I really want your help, I am 23 weeks and 1 day today, I went to the doctor and she measured my cervix which is 11 mm very short for what it is supposed to be, she sent me to the ER and they just saw that I in fact was having contractions and gave me something to stop them, but not more, I am super scared and worried! Idk what is it that they do in this cases!

Closing the cervix is not an option cause I'm having twins so idk what will happen, has someone been in this situation? Or knows something about it? :( please I need help! Ive also been reading that there is no treatment which scares me to think there. Is nothing that can help me :( :( :(
