Stretch marks and white thick discharge

Soooo first question. I am 10 weeks, I always have these white dots on my nipples since being pregnant their a lot more which is normal but yesterday after my shower when I was wiping with the towel it's like they all pushed out of the wholes and the white stuff, I could wipe it away and this morning it filled back up same thing after the shower I could wipe it away. It's thick and somewhat powdery, it's never came out in my life lol, what on earth could this be?

2nd I'm covered in stretch marks all over my belly, can't put a pin between them, I got them from being overweight young then losing it all too fast, they are now white and faded, can they get more stretch marks over them or will these stretch marks just stretch even more and possibly become purple again, I don't mind I even have them on my ribs I'm just curious what they will look like.
