2 days late..

ok so I just want to start off by saying I know I might sound crazy for asking lol but I am 2 days late and so far I have been regular with my periods. I did back in April get my implant removed and for a bit it was on and off, well I was supposed to start yesterday and nothing. But I am having cramps but they are different feeling, my back is hurting, my breasts are very sore/tender, been moody, and my face is breaking out as if I am going through my period. I did take two pregnancy tests which I should have waited because they came up negative well the 2nd one had a very very light almost unrecognizable 2nd line. So my question is this an I over thinking it has anyone else gone through this? And when should I retest? my 2nd test
