I'm worried

I'm about 15weeks,on vacation abd I'm continuously having this discharge.it looks like discharge mixed with mud.i went to the Dr and he says my womb is still closed and there's no blood in my urine,the babies should be fine (having twins) but I'm still worried.I'm outside of the states visiting jamaica..is this normal?? Should I be worried..
