Line eyes? Or vvfl

Normally I'm not one to symptom spot but I've been having a mild pulling sensation in my pelvic area for 2 days and randomly got extreme nausea while working out so I decided to test (not FMU). I'm only 9 dpo so I wasn't expecting anything.

Am I seeing the start of something? Not sure if my mind is playing tricks on me and don't want to get too excited.

If so, this would be our rainbow baby, 15 months after an ectopic and 8 months ttc. 🌈
