Sonogram Complications

I am 19 weeks pregnant (20 weeks on Friday). This past Monday I had a sonogram and there were 3 things that were concerning to the doctor.

1. Short femur and humerus bones (2weeks behind, 1% percentile)

2. One kidney with liquid inside

3. Club foot

After these findings they want me to do a more intensive ultrasound as all these things cause an increase risk for chromosomal abnormalities (including Down syndrome, etc.)

I just had a baby girl 9 months ago and she is completely healthy with no concerns at all during my pregnancy.

Did any of you have these types of findings on your sonogram? What was the outcome?
