Is this the miscarried fetus or a blood clot?
I tested positive for being pregnant yesterday and started bleeding heavily with cramps today.
I'm pretty sure it was due to miscarriage but the fetus had not come out. I wiped before and this was there. It was rock hard and I don't know whether this is the fetus or just a blood clot???
