Excited for my new book

So I had been looking for this book at library's near me and then decided to just order it on amazon (gets here Saturday). My wife and I want to a half priced book store near our house and found it and another book I ordered for half the price. I'm so excited and I think my co-workers hate that I'm so serious about getting pregnant, I brought the book with me to work to start reading and everything. Can't wait to see if this book really will help. Does anyone know if this boom actually helps? I read good reviews but I want more opinions.
